be careful what you eat...

Ugh. Had a bout of food poisoning yesterday, via supermarket-prepared spinach/artichoke dip. Felt like someone had run me over with a truck. It was only three days since I'd bought the stuff, in the past that hasn't been a problem, but apparently that was too long for this batch. My daughter had some of the dip the day I bought it with no ill effects.

Taking the day off today, after sleeping 18 hours straight last night. (I think I was a teenager last time I did that!)

Note to self: clean out the fridge!
